Maintenance
Responsible
for receiving, analyzing, and resolving problems within the wireless
network on the Sprint’s Network Vision systems.
Responsibilities
include:
· Troubleshoot Nokia 2.5 RRH Flexi
BTS systems using NSN GUI’s through OSS-RC
· Troubleshoot FSIH connections
for the LTE
· Push commissioning files as well
as the software for the Flexi BTS systems through local connections or the
NSN GUI
· Replace and commission faulty
Flexi BTS hardware
· Handle customer relation and
resolving their issues with wireless issues by troubleshooting serving
sites for trouble issues
· Analyze symptoms for accurate
isolation of customer and network problems which includes performing test
drives around the customer’s locations and reporting collected data to the
RF Engineering team
· Develop and utilize radio
principles for CDMA, LTE, digital transmission, fiber/data communication,
and telephony
· Follow detailed method and
procedures to perform routine maintenance on all radio equipment as well as
performing inventory audits for indoor and outdoor wireless sites
· Troubleshoot AC/DC power systems
up to the PPC
· Troubleshoot RRU, RET and
microwave equipment including using remote applications such as command
line (SecureCRT and AMOS) and remote desktop applications (OSS-RC, Element
Manager, and Service-ON)
· Troubleshoot antenna systems by
analyzing tilt parameters and coordinate with Tower Crews and RF engineers
to resolve issues
· Troubleshoot and diagnose
Microwave TN systems
· Coordinate with tower crews in
replacing and/or realigning microwaves using OSS Service-On/ Mini-link
· Diagnose IP networking issues
with cell site ASR/CSR (SP210/310) including hardware replacements,
upgrades, and pushing scripts to fix VLAN issues

In-Building Solution setups which includes Distributed Antenna Systems
